About Hey Mama Wolf
Hey Mama Wolf was founded in Germany in 2015 by textile and knitwear designer Jule Kebelmann, who set out to create the sustainably produced European yarn she could not find on the market. The brand sources wool from small farms in Germany and France, has it spun at European mills, and dyes it using plant-based colours mostly grown organically in the Berlin and Brandenburg region. Since 2023 the brand has been part of Selected Yarns GmbH, while continuing to produce GOTS-certified yarns to its original sustainability principles.
