About Juniper Moon Farm
Juniper Moon Farm was founded in 2007 by Susan Gibbs on a sheep farm near Charlottesville, Virginia, and was the first yarn brand to apply a community-supported agriculture model to fibre production. After retiring her own flock in 2015, Gibbs continued directing the yarn line using ethically sourced fibres from Peru, Argentina, Nepal, and Italy. The range holds certifications including GOTS and OEKO-TEX, with standout yarns such as Findley (silk/merino lace) and the Moonshine family (alpaca, wool, organic silk).
Popular for: Ethically sourced merino, alpaca-silk blends, and the Findley lace yarn
