About Kaos Yarn
KAOS Yarn was founded in 2017 in Viborg, Denmark, specialising in certified organic natural fibres with a distinct colour psychology concept. The yarns are spun at a family-owned, Fair Trade certified mill in Peru, with Merino wool sourced from Argentina. The range includes Organic Soft Merino, Organic Brushed Alpaca, and Chunky Andean Wool, all produced without mulesing or Superwash treatment. Colours are named after their psychological qualities, spanning calm, muted naturals through to bold, expressive shades.
