About Mominoki
Mominoki Yarn was founded in Berlin in 2017 by Chihiro Homma and Lasse. The name derives from the Japanese word for fir tree. Chihiro hand-dyes every skein in her Berlin studio using untreated, cruelty-free wool sourced from Germany and Finland, spun into yarn at local mills. The colour palettes draw on everyday life and nature, resulting in vibrant, multi-tonal hues popular with hand-knitters across Europe.
