About Sesia
Manifattura Sesia was founded in 1963 in Fara Novarese, in the Piedmontese province of Novara, and remains under the ownership of the founding Baccalaro and Serra families. The company works entirely in Italy, processing fine natural fibres including wool, cashmere, mohair, alpaca, silk, and cotton. Since 2003 Sesia has operated a zero-emission facility powered by renewable energy, and its yarns serve both hand-crafters and luxury fashion houses such as Gucci and Prada.
